I am looking for a tenant for my lovely room with private bathroom. 🛌The room has a private bathroom and a direct access to the balcony and also to the big garden (ca 80sqm). 🪑I will leave some furniture in the room if you are interested (bed, sideboard, mattress, closet) for a small fee. 🏡The flat has been fully renovated 3 years ago. Me and Basti have been living together for over 6 years and we love to chill or cook together in the evenings and enjoy our garden. 🙋‍♀️The WG is a 2 people WG; so you will have plenty of private space and room to relax. You will be living with Basti: 33 years old, consultant during the week, but very active on the weekends: cycling, running, skiing, cooking, nature and mountains. He’s also the perfect flatmate for chill breakfast mornings on the weekend 😍 📍Perfect Location: 30 seconds to the U4-stop Böhmerwaldplatz, 5 minutes bike to the Isar and 10 minutes to Englischer Garten. 10 minutes walking to S-Bahn stammstrecke Leuchtenbergring.
