I am subletting my room in Friedrichshain, right next to RAW Gelande Fleamarket. Sharing with one 25 year old girl and her adorable little dog. There is access to the shared balcony from the bedroom window where you can watch the sunset in the evenings. The flat has a large kitchen, a pantry, a large bathroom and the 2 bedrooms. There is also a large cellar for storage. The location is perfect, with loads of bars and restaurants right downstairs and 5 min walk from Aldi and Rewe. It is also super well connected with Warschauer 10 mins away and the tram, U1/2 and U5. We are looking for an easy going and sociable person to take the room whilst i am away
