Gut zu wissen

I offer my beautiful attic apartment for a short term sub-rent to enjoy and take care of during my absence. The fully furnished and equipped appartment combines of a large living room connected with a private loggia, bedroom, daylight bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and fully equipped kitchen. Glasfaser Internet connection and easy parking possibility in front of the building. Located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood of Hadern with all necessary services available within a walking distance and U6 station is at 5 min walk. I am looking for a trustful person to share this space (my personal belongings are there) and take care of plants during my absence. Price 1 month: 1.400 EUR.
