I’m subletting my room for a few months while I’m abroad and am looking for someone easygoing, clean, and responsible, who will take good care of my room while I’m away 😊 The room is the second largest room in the apartment and very bright thanks to two large windows that bring in lots of natural light ✨ Since this is a short-term sublet, the room stays fully furnished, including decoration and curtains. Bed linen and towels are also provided, so you don’t need to bring much and can move in without stress. The room comes with a 1.40 m bed, plenty of storage, a large wardrobe, shelves, mirrors, and a desk, making it a comfortable and practical space for everyday life. The apartment is located right next to the main train station, which makes getting around super easy 🚆 There’s a bus stop just one minute away, and the city center is only 5–10 minutes on foot. The university, including the business and law campus and the main library, can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike or 20 minutes walking. All essentials like supermarkets, drugstores, and plenty of restaurants are just a few minutes away. You would be sharing the apartment with Juliane (25) and Elena (22). Both are students with an international background and are open, friendly, and easy to live with 🌍 The flat is not a party flat, but also not a strict or distant one. We communicate openly, help each other out, cook together sometimes, and keep a calm, social, and clean living environment.
