- The house is only 5-7 minutes walking from Allach S-Bahn and 3 minutes walk to Edeka & Rossmann. - It currently has 3 floors (the attic will be renovated later). - On the ground floor, there's a modern kitchen, a renovated guest toilet and a large living room with a big sofa, dining table and an 85-inch Smart TV. - On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom. - The basement has a big heated room for hangouts and parties, which has a large seating area along the edge, a 50-inch smart TV, beer pong table, kicker etc. - The second room in the basement has a 6-person whirlpool, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. - We have two gardens, a small front one and a big one in the back.
