I’ll be in Brazil for about 2 months and I’m renting out my place while I’m away. The flat includes: • open plan kitchen/living area with a big dining table • fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, washing machine) • cozy living room with sofa, TV and plants • bedroom with a big bed • separate office with desk and an extra guest bed (perfect for home office or visitors) • modern bathroom with bathtub • plenty of storage in the hallway • wooden floors throughout Highlight: there’s a shared rooftop you can use — great for sunset and city views. Location: • 5–7 min walk to Ostbahnhof • Edeka right in front of the building • Rewe around the corner that’s open on Sundays • cafés and everything you need within walking distance The flat will be rented fully furnished. Perfect for someone who just wants to move in with a suitcase. I normally live here myself, so I’m looking for someone who treats the place with care. Tell me a bit about yourself and for which dates you need it.
