WG-Zimmer in München, Bogenhausen

Room Hi everyone! We’re looking for a roommate from December 15th. We’re looking for an organized person who wants to move in and spend time with us, and is either a student or working. The room is furnished and has 12 square meters, the total rent is €665 (+furniture takeover €400). Our shared apartment is for 3 people and has two bathrooms—you would share one bathroom with one other person. The apartment has a large living room with a TV, couch, and dining table, and we also have a balcony. There is a dish washer and washing machine in the apartment. The room is fully furnished and ready for you to move in :) The shared apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Arabellapark subway station (the last stop on the U4 line), tram station and many buses stops. There's a large Rewe supermarket, Rossmann and pharmacy within a 5-minute walk. Near the shared apartment is a small square with a nice bakery, cafés, and restaurants, a bookstore, and other shops for everyday needs. The northern part of the English Garden and several smaller parks are also nearby. You will be living with two girls (from Germany and Greece); one of us is a master student working as working student and other is fresh graduate working in law company. We enjoy spending time together in our shared apartment; we both like sports, bouldering, going to the movies, going out for brunch or to restaurants, visiting museums, and doing other fun activities in Munich. We care about the environment, respect diversity, and believe that we should all be kind to one another.
