WG-Zimmer in Leganés, Leganés

I am renting out my room in a shared apartment in Madrid from January to August 2027. It is a comfortable and bright room with a private balcony equipped with a pallet sofa. The apartment is less than 5 minutes away from the engineering campus of UC3M (Universidad Carlos 3 de Madrid), so perfect for engineering students or exchange students doing an Erasmus semester! Additionally, the room includes: - 120 cm bed (I can lend you sheets if you need them) - Desk with lamp - Wardrobe - Full-length mirror - Nightstand with lamp - Large bookshelf - Private lock You will share the apartment with two other female students in a friendly and respectful environment :) The kitchen is fully equipped, but has an airfryer instead of an oven. The room is only meant for a female and non-smoking tenant. If you are interested or would like more information, do not hesitate to contact me! :)
