Looking for a temporary place to stay in Berlin? We are subletting our charming 70sqm 2 room flat from 1st of February to the 1st of March. The room is fully furnished with everything you need. Plus, your own private balcony to enjoy some fresh air! The apartment has two bedrooms in total, along with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is located directly in front of Treptower Park. There is a Netto 5 mins by foot and Rewe, Aldi & Lidl in 1km distance. The trainstation 'Plänterwald' is 8 mins from the apartment & the station 'Treptower Park' 15 mins. We are looking for someone tidy and respectful, preferably female or a couple who will enjoy the space as much as we do.
