Gut zu wissen

I am Marie, a 24-year-old student from Munich, Germany studying in Madrid! I am looking for a roommate from July to August. In August I wont be in the apartment so the person who rents the room would have the apartment for themselves. The apartment is very modern, in the city centre of Madrid and has everything you need! Just a 2-minute walk from the metro of La Latina and 5 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor. Total living space is 80 square-meters. WG life more friends oriented but I don't mind having a flatmate for convenience!
