WG-Zimmer in München, Moosach

Hey searchers! 😊🌼 Looking for a replacement for a room in this 4-person WG which was supposed to be for me on my return to Munich, but unfortunately had a last-minute change of plans :( The contract starts on the 1st of November but a move-in anytime within the month would be fine. It consists of 2 guys and 2 girls and you’d be moving into a room last occupied by a girl. It is international and the primary language of communication is English. The building consists of 2 restrooms and one which includes the bathroom. The rent includes water, electricity and the broadcasting fee :) The building is well-located in Alt Moosach, close to Olympiapark and with easy access to the U3 and 6. ‼️ If you do agree with the terms and conditions of the living arrangement, I’d then forward your info to the housing agent and then you can have a screening call. But if they accepted me, I think you’ll be good to go. xx😊
