WG-Zimmer in Berlin, Niederschöneweide

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our WG in Schöneweide! The location is really convenient, just a 5-minute walk from S Schöneweide and around 5 minutes by tram to HTW, so it’s especially nice for students. There’s also a lovely riverside nearby, a few cafés, and basically all the shops you need, like Edeka, Kaufland and Lidl. Public transport connections are great too! The room itself is quite small but really cute and cozy. It comes fully furnished, so the bed, desk, chair and wardrobe will all stay. You’ll be living with Katya and Laura, although Laura will be moving back to France in February. We have a pretty calm and relaxed atmosphere at home. We all appreciate having our own space and privacy, but we’re also always happy to chat or spend some time together in the kitchen. Anmeldung is possible! All utilities are included in the rent, and we just pay an extra 20€ per month for internet and other shared household expenses. If you’re interested, feel free to message me and I’ll be happy to share more details!
