This beautiful apartment will be available for sublet from the end of August. Ideal for couples, working singles or small WG’s. It has a large bedroom, a spacious double living room, and a smaller room that can be used as a second bedroom. I’m moving out, and the landlady will keep one separate room for occasional visits (1–2 weekends per year, announced well in advance). Located in charming Schmargendorf, near Grunewald forest. Balcony with park view and stunning sunsets. Bathroom recently renovated. More pictures available upon request!
