Cozy room in Sendling-Westpark – Amazing WG Atmosphere! The Spot: I am subletting my bright, functional 8m² room from March 3rd to April 3rd. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a large mirrored wardrobe, and a full-size desk, perfect for working from home. The Location: The flat is located at Parnachtplatz, just a 5-minute walk to the U6. You can reach Harras (S-Bahn/U-Bahn) quickly, and the city center is only 10-15 minutes away. For groceries, Rewe, Lidl, and dm are right around the corner. If you love nature, the beautiful Westpark is just a short stroll away! WG Life: You will be living with two amazing German roommates (~30 years old): • A girl who is a professional salsa teacher and speaks perfect Spanish. She is super warm and full of energy! • A guy who is a focused entrepreneur. The atmosphere is very friendly, clean, and respectful. We enjoy a good chat in the kitchen but also respect each other's privacy. Who we are looking for: Someone clean, responsible, and easy-going for this one-month stay. No smoking and no pets, please. Details: • Total Rent: €435 (includes everything: heating, electricity, and high-speed WiFi). • Note: No KVR/Anmeldung possible as it is a short-term sublet. Interested? Send me a message with a little bit about yourself! Looking forward to meeting you.
