Hi everyone, I'm leaving my shared apartment after living there for almost 3 years. The new shared apartment and the new roommates are relatively new, so the dynamic and atmosphere will be almost like starting a new shared apartment from scratch. Nic and I, who were the longest-standing roommates, are leaving Munich, so we want to leave the apartment to someone who’s planning to stay in Munich for a while. We already have someone for Nic’s room: Giulia. She’s from Italy, is 26 years old, and will be starting her PhD in October. Gledis, 25, from Albania, who just joined in April of this year, would be the longest-standing roommate. Gledis is a student and works part-time. My room will be the one available; it’s the largest in the house, has plenty of space. I’m open to negotiating about some of the furniture already in the room, but this isn’t a must (you can see the photos). We need someone to take my place on the original lease with the housing agency, so a proven income (working half or full time) and a long-term work permit (if you’re not from the EU) are required.Your visa must be at least one year valid. Financial support from parents its not enough, unless they get into the contract under their name. Tell us a little about yourself—how old you are, whether you work or what you’d be doing, and whether you can meet the requirements to be on the lease. The 714 euros includes: rent, water, electricity, GEZ, and Internet. I would charge an additional 500 euros for other utilities used in the living room and kitchen. the furniture of the room can be left, if interested, but it’s not a must. (we can arrange a reasonable price depending on what you want to keep). The security deposit is to be paid directly to the real estate agent who owns the apartment. pls text in English
