Hi ☺️ I am looking for new flatmates (1-2 people depending on budget) from September on! The flat is located in Rottenburg 10 minutes from the city center in a quiet area that is close to nature. The flat comes with two balconies, an equipped kitchen and some furniture my flatmates want to sell/give-away. Available are two rooms that can either be rented by one person for a total of 750 or one room per person for a total of 500. Left over is one small common dining room. About myself: I am Sonja, I am 25 years old and doing my PhD in Tübingen at the moment and I will be the only person that stays in the flat together with my cat Elvie! In my free time I love crafting of all kinds and dancing. I value a clean place and a respectful co-living with potential to hangout together in the evenings!😃 The flat is located in the cute city Rottenburg am Neckar that supplies you with everything you need. Convenience and drug stores are just around the corner 10 minutes away. The train station and the bus main station are reachable in 10 minutes by foot and Tübingen can be reached in 10 minutes by train or 25 minutes by bus. Please contact me if you are looking for a place to stay!☺️
