Hello, We are offering a 14 m2 room in our shared apartment, located right on Rosenheimer Straße. The room faces the backyard, and features 1 large window that let in plenty of natural light. It comes fully furnished and is ready for you to move in immediately; the existing furniture includes a bed, a mattress, a table, an office chair, a rack. The room offers plenty of space to relax or work from home. You can get a clear view of the room layout in the provided photos. The room is available from October 14, 2026, until January 17, 2027. Anmeldung is not possible because it is a short-term rent. The apartment is in a great location in the nice neighborhood of Au-Haidhausen, specifically situated on Rosenheimer Straße. Public transportation is very convenient here, as the flat is just a short 100-meter distance from the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn station. You will find yourself only a quick two-minute walk away from the nearest train or tram connections. Because of this connectivity, commuting around Munich is fast: you can reach the city center in just 5 minutes, arrive at the Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) in merely 10 minutes, and get to the Munich airport by train in about 35 minutes. You will be moving into a 65 m2 apartment set up as a 3-person flatshare (WG). Currently, the flat is occupied by two male professionals aged 25 to 35. We both work full-time, so we are preferably looking for other working professionals to join us. We are very welcoming to international roommates and can communicate comfortably in English, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. We are preferably seeking a male roommate aged 24-35. Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking household, and no pets are allowed anywhere on the premises. We highly value a clean, organized, and respectful living environment, so we have a few pages of written rules for living together in the flat to ensure everyone is on the same page. The apartment's shared areas are fully equipped for your convenience. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, and it also houses our washing machine. For added privacy, the toilet is located in a separate room from the main bathroom. We have a practical kitchen and dining room setup that includes a dining table, chairs, an oven, and a microwave. The flat is situated on the 1st floor of an old building and relies on gas heating. We have an internet connection with DSL/WLAN speeds of 50 Mbit/s, access to a shared garden, and designated bicycle storage. You can get a clear view of the apartment layout in the provided photos. When applying, please be ready to provide a Passport or ID and proof of income for your applicant portfolio. Immediately after signing the contract, a request is made to pay the one-month rent in advance and the deposit one day before entering the apartment.
