Wohnung in Lissabon, Penha de França

Hi! I’m offering a great opportunity in Penha de França: a full apartment that stays unused most of the year. I live here too, but I travel often, so you would have access to the entire place with complete privacy. When I’m in Lisbon, I only use one room for short stays, but most of the time the apartment is fully yours. I’m offering it for one year, and the price is €700/month — It’s essentially the comfort of a whole apartment for the price of a room in this area. ✨ Conditions & what I’m looking for: • Single woman only • 1‑year commitment • Clean, respectful, quiet energy -No pets • No couples • No overnight partners • Someone who appreciates a peaceful, tidy home 🌙 About the apartment: This T2+1 is in a great location on a quiet street, yet very close to supermarkets, miradouros, and Graça. You’ll have full access to the shared areas (kitchen, living room, bathroom). My room stays private. PS: -One month advance payment is required, in addition to a 2‑month security deposit. - This amount is excluding bills If this sounds like a good fit, let me know and we can arrange a visit.
