The apartment is very well located, between Hauptbahnhof and Luisenplatz (12min walk to each). The neighborhood has lots of Supermarkets/Pharmacies and good commerce in general, also a very nice park right in front. It’s 3 min walk to the bus/tram stop, which has many frequent connections, and a 10 min walk to Hochschule Darmstadt. I live together with a brazilian friend, we care a lot for our space and always keep it clean and neat, and we respect each other’s space very much. I’m doing an exchange and therefore need someone to take over my place and care for it as if it was their own. :)
