Wohnung in München, Maxvorstadt

Hi everyone! 🌞 I’m subletting my bright and fully furnished 2-room apartment (53 m²) near Maillingerstraße from November 28th to March 31st, as I’ll be spending a few months in Barcelona with my family and friends. About me: I’m a 27-year-old Spanish girl living in Munich. In my free time, I love practicing yoga and strolling around Munich’s cozy neighborhoods with my friends. Since I don't speak German, we can easily communicate in English or Spanish! About the flat: - Rent: €1,200 / month all-inclusive (Warmmiete including gas, electricity & high-speed internet) - Deposit: €1,200 - Anmeldung: Possible - Location: Just a 3 minute walk to Maillingerstraße U-Bahn (U1/U7). - The Space: 53 m² with a cozy bedroom (double bed + large wardrobe), separate living/dining room with sofa, piano and large windows, fully equipped kitchen, and modern bathroom with a washing machine. Who I’m looking for: A reliable, quiet working professional (ideally female; no couples, no students) who will treat the place with love and care as if it were her own. Non-smokers and no pets, please! Viewings will start from October 27th. If this sounds like a great fit for you, please send me a message introducing yourself 🌸🌸
