The room is in a beautiful 170 m² newly built apartment in Neukölln. The space is bright, spacious, and easy to maintain, with large windows and a lovely open mezzanine that gives the apartment a loft-like feeling. The flat is fully equipped, it has a juicer, blender, air fryer, oven, washing machine, smart TV with Netflix and Mubi, and Philips Hue smart lighting throughout. Each of the two rooms is on a separate floor and has its own private bathroom. The room I’m renting out is upstairs and comes with a large private bathroom (including a bathtub), a walk-in closet area, and a dedicated desk space in the mezzanine with a second screen that I’ll leave for your use. The apartment is very cozy and quiet, located in a peaceful courtyard just off Karl-Marx-Straße — close to S-Bahn Neukölln and right next to U7 Grenzallee. I’m happy to send more pictures if you’d like (the platform only allows seven).
