WG-Zimmer in München, Ramersdorf-Perlach

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a four-storey apartment building and was completely renovated 6 years ago. It comprises a total of two bedrooms, a large living room plus balcony as well as a spacious kitchen and a (admittedly less spacious but sufficient) bathroom. Your bright room looks towards the quiet residential area and south-west. Area: The house is located in a quiet location in Ramersdorf-Perlach on Ottobrunnerstraße. Behind it is a pure residential area with sufficient parking possibilities. Bus stops are 2 minutes on foot, the eastern station takes 15 minutes, the Marienplatz 25 minutes. Supermarket, organic market, bakers, and good restaurants all in max. 10 minutes on foot 😊 WG life: You would live with me, Nikola. I like to do sporty activities in my free time and I do a lot of home office these days, fyi. I’m happy to do an activity together from time to time and of course love to have a coffee chat in the kitchen. Otherwise, I like to do my own thing, since I’m more of an introvert and am out of the flat for sports after work. Cleanliness and respectful atmosphere in the WG are super important to me. It is possible for me to take over the closet for 60€ from my roommate. The move-in date can be selected flexibly between 1.12. and 1.01.27.
