We’re subletting our sunny, cozy apartment for the month of March while we’re away. It’s located on a super quiet side street in Fhain, right between Volkspark Friedrichshain and Petersburger Platz. The highlights: Pro WFH Setup: We have a dedicated studio/office with two standing desks, monitors, and ergonomic chairs. If you’re a couple or friends working remotely, this is a lifesaver. Space & Comfort: One main bedroom (double bed) and the studio has a comfy sofa bed for guests. Cooking & Chill: A big, fully equipped kitchen where we actually spend a lot of time, and a balcony with a BBQ grill to catch the first spring sun. The Building: It’s a bright flat with lots of natural light, and there’s an elevator. The Neighborhood: You’re in a very chill part of Friedrichshain. You’ve got amazing coffee shops and bakeries just around the corner, and the park is a 5-minute walk away for morning runs or walks. Even though you're close to everything, the street itself is incredibly peaceful. We’ve filled the place with plants and cozy furniture to make it feel like a real home, so we’re looking for someone who will treat it with care. Drop us a message if you think it’s a good fit for you!
