Gut zu wissen

Hi everyone, IMPORTANT INFO: For the first two months (april and may) we’ll be staying in the apartment (same as ours) upstair and the rent will be 750€. Francesca and me are looking for a new roommate starting from the 1st of March. The room comes unfurnished but you can purchase the wardrobe and the desk (in photo) from our previous roommate. Please feel free to reach out for any questions or to book a visit. U1 and U2 are 8 mins away from the house, Tram 25 is 3 mins away and X30 passing by the same station as 25. Rewe 3 mins away and a new gym in front of it.
