Wohnung in Berlin, Pankow

I am looking for a clean, respectful, plant-loving, and non-smoking person or couple to sublet my beloved home studio while I travel from 01.08.2026 to 01.10.2026. The flat has two spacious and bright rooms (85 m2) and is located on the third floor. I use the larger room as my studio and living area. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and bathtub. It is ideal for one person or a couple and available for a maximum of two occupants. Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible, and the offer is strictly limited to the period mentioned above. The rent is 1,500 € per month all included (3,000 € for the full two-month period). And I request a 400€ deposit. OPTIONAL: I have a very sweet cat who becomes extremely stressed when relocated. Therefore, I would prefer to sublet to someone trustworthy, experienced with cats, and genuinely fond of them, who would be willing to take care of her during this period. If agreed, I can reduce the rent to 1,300 € per month (2,600 € for the full two-month period). The tenant will be responsible for cleaning the flat thoroughly before moving out. There are many plants in the apartment that will need regular watering and care. Cleanliness is very important to me. The apartment is intended for quiet residential use. Parties are not permitted, and occasional overnight guests should be discussed in advance. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed. If you are interested, please send me a private message so we can discuss further details and arrange an online or in-person viewing.
