Wohnung in Berlin, Mitte

Hello! My studio is on a 9th floor in a modern building with elevator, and super well located: near Alex, Netto right next to it, gym, plenty of shops, restaurants, excellent transport options. You’ll have your own washing machine (you’ll avoid using the building’s common one) 😉, a small but cute balcony, and the perfect and cozy space to enjoy Berlin during the cold season. A bit about me: Im colombian, working in marketing, im 33 y/o. And happy to share my space (just for a while) with a responsible, clean, organized person ☺️ Do not hesitate to contact me for more info!
