Hii, the room is located close to Olivear Platz/ Ku’damm. There‘s a Rewe (opening times 7:00-0:00), the U7 (5min to S Charlottenburg) and buses in walking distance. The room has very nice large windows, and a view into the green courtyard. The balcony is very large, and allows to e.g. plant flowers. The apartment also has a storage room which can be used, as well as a cellar and and a bike storage area. Sometimes we would eat or together or chitchat, but this is not a must. Since everyone has their own space, you can be flexible about how you want to arrange your personal space, and how active you want to live together. You’d be living with kind m/23. :)
