I am offering my room in a friendly WG ! The apartment is located in the lovely neighbourhood or Friedrishain. You are very close to Boxi. The place is really well connected : - 2 mins walking from Frankfurter Tor metro station - 2 mins walking from the tram 21, M10 and M13 - many buses that are around The appartment is located in an altbau, it is very spacious and well equipped with everything that you might need to live. There is also a balcony with seating ! The place has a dishwasher and a laundry machine. If you are a smoker you can smoke on the balcony. This is a friendly WG, where we are all friends and enjoy drinking a beer together or doing activities but it is not required of you to do the same. You will be living with my two roomates • Jeanne a french dancer who also works at a school • Emilia a finnish barista that loves her dog • Freddie, a very small french bulldog. She is Emilia's dog and Emilia's responsibility. She is very quiet and clean. You get all the cuteness without the taking care of it part ! This is an LGBTQ+ friendly WG, all of us are part of the community, you don't need to be part of it to have the room but you have to be respectful towards it !
