The starting date can be flexible. I’m subletting my student apartment in Berlinovo for a month, since I’m going back home at that time. Its a calm and peaceful neighbourhood, its a 10minute walk to the nearest U Bahn Tierpark and there’s also a bus station nearby. There’s no microwave in the kitchen. You can pay and use the washing machine in the basement It has a beautiful view from the window. Its a tiny and cute apartment! Would love to rent it to someone who can keep it clean🫶and maybe sunbathe my low maintenance succulents a few times?🥹
