✨ Long-Term Room in Prenzlauer Berg (from 01.11 ) 📍 10407 Berlin. Next to M4 tram (Prenzlauer Berg) and just a short walk to Volkspark Friedrichshain 🌳 Great cafés, supermarkets & restaurants around. 📐 22 m2 private room + access to sunny living room & balcony. The entire flat is 87m2 with 3 rooms and freshly renovated. 👥 WG with 1 friendly male flatmate. Looking for someone who values a clean surrounding . - Fully furnished ( it’s also possible that you move in with your furniture. I would then sell mine) - The initial contract would be for 3 months and if it does well, it will be extended for the long term. - We are also trying to bring utility costs down so the rent might be cheaper in the long term.
