WG-Zimmer in Berlin, Lichtenberg

I’m looking for someone to move into my room in a WG after I move out on November 15th. 575€ a month, 10 m². Lichtenberg. The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. The apartment is spacious, recently renovated, and has high ceilings. It is shared with three other tenants. They‘re all women, so it’s ideal if the next tenant is not a man. You can come to view it at almost any time. I have a small dog, so pets are negotiable with the landlord!
