WG-Zimmer in München, Au-Haidhausen

Location The location is excellent: tram 19 and buses stop right outside the front door, less than a minute's walk away. The nearest S-Bahn station is about eight minutes away. A Fitness First gym and an Edeka supermarket are also less than a minute's walk away, and there is a public parking lot right in front of the building. Flatshare life We are two guys in our late twenties. One of us works and travels a lot, so he's rarely home. The other has just finished his master's degree and is at the flat regularly. We're super relaxed and easygoing. We're looking for a quiet person who keeps the apartment tidy together with us and is a good fit for the flat. Other information The room is available for nine months, so until approximately mid-July 2027. Required are proof of income or a parental guarantee, as well as a SCHUFA credit report. If available, we'd also appreciate a reference from previous landlords confirming a good experience. If you're interested, send us a message with a few words about yourself!
