Moin, I am subletting my lovely, fully furnished 46 m2 apartment in Hamburg-Altona, preferably from December 2026 until the end of February 2027. An extension for one additional month may be possible if needed. The apartment The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful old-style building and features two rooms, a balcony and wooden floorboards. It was completely renovated five years ago, just before I moved in, and is therefore in excellent condition. It comes fully furnished, including a furnished bedroom and a cosy living room with a wardrobe and additional storage space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, stove, coffee machine and airfryer The bathroom is a typical narrow and elongated old-style bathroom with a bathtub and shower, approximately 4 m2 in size. It was also renovated and is in excellent condition. As the second room is set up as a living room, the apartment is not really suitable for shared accommodation. Location The apartment is centrally located in Hamburg-Altona (22765), with excellent connections: * 5-minute walk to Altona train station * 5-minute walk to Gerichtsstraße bus stop * 5-minute walk to Große Bergstraße * 10-minute walk to Ottenser Hauptstraße * 3-minute walk to the nearest supermarket There are plenty of other supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Altonaer Balkon, with its beautiful views of the River Elbe, is about a 15-minute walk away.
