Gut zu wissen

Hi! I am moving out of my room in a shared flat to move together with my brother. the flat is located 2 mins away from the Isar in the heart of au-haidhausen. the rent includes everything (electricity, warm water, wifi) and the room has furniture. The contract is until 31.12.2025 but will probably be extended. Afonso and Marta would be your roommates:). Afonso is 34 and originally from porto in Portugal. Marta is 29 and from Italy. They are both very nice roommates and we often talked in the kitchen and ate together.
