Gut zu wissen

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, the landlord does not allow any additional German nationals (those with exclusively German citizenship), which is why only international applicants may apply! The apartment is located on a beautiful, quiet residential street in Alt-Tempelhof, just 4 minutes from the U6 (Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße station). Lidl, Edeka, Aldi, Rewe, and Rossmann are all within easy walking distance! There are also some cute cafés nearby :) Right now, there’s a Kyrgyz guy, a German girl, and an Italian guy living here. Plus, a Chinese girl and another person—whose identity is still unknown—are moving in soon. Everyone is super nice, and the overall atmosphere is great! The kitchen, in particular, is a place where you can easily hang out and chat over breakfast, coffee, or other meals. The vibe of the shared apartment is: Anything goes, nothing is mandatory! If you feel like chatting or eating together, you’re sure to find someone in the kitchen! If you’re out and about a lot and, when you get home, would rather retreat to your room and relax, that’s totally fine with everyone, too!
