Gut zu wissen

hello! I’m searching for someone to share a respectful and friendly home which is a bright, freshly renovated Altbau in a friendly, green neighborhood in Moabit. The apartment is on the 4th floor and relatively big for two people to share, with a big bathtub, washing machine and a well equipped kitchen. I very much appreciate a clean flat so please be honest with yourself wether or not that is something you feel comfortable with stepping in :) besides this I’m very easy going, love humor, do a lot of music (play live, compose) and generally spend a lot of time in the music/art scene of Berlin so big plus if we can share some interest in culture but obviously no must. looking forward!!
