WG-Zimmer in München, Neuhausen-Nymphenburg

The flat ist freshly renovated (Erstbezug nach Renovierung) with new bathroom and new kitchen and new windows. I am currently living in a flat next to it but need to move out because of Eigenbedarf. The landlord- family lives above the flat and are super nice Great area, quiet but with cute stores and everything you need at Rotkreuzplatz, as well as U1 - 6 minutes walk away. you get a real neighborhood feeling there, people know and greet each other which is lovely, there are lots of doctors around you can really set a base here and feel at home:- also there is a table tennis plate in the public garden! I want to live with someone who is easy, tidy, funny, loves to spend some WG nights together but also respects privacy. Also as the flat has nothing inside we can find a way on how to bring some live in it with interior in kitchen and the hallways as well as nice decorations to feel more at home 🫶🏻 the price includes estimates for WiFi and electricity btw so living costs will be organized and run by me, as I am the main renter.
