WG-Zimmer in München, Berg am Laim

The room is 17m2 with a south facing balcony and is in a 6er WG. The WG itself is a full town house and has its own garden! Even though its 6 people, its quite spacious, has 2 floors a giant cellar, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and an additional shower in the cellar. The kitchen is fully equiped, even comes with an airfryer and coffee machine! Also there is a washing machine in the cellar. In terms of location, it has great connectivity, with Ubahn, tram (night tram as well!), S-bahn and buses all within 5-15 minutes of walking, S-bahn being the furthest. You reach the city center within 25 minutes. Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann are all also located nearby. The neighborhood itself is very quite and safe. The WG life is very homey and we all like to spend time with each other doing various activities from cooking, going out to dance/drink, movie nights to climbing. We all come from diverse backgrounds so there are always new things to try. Ofcourse, it goes without saying that everything is possible but nothing is a must.
