Gut zu wissen

Hi, I'll be traveling for a bit this winter and am subletting my apartment. It has everything you need and will be handed over fully furnished. Bedroom: facing the courtyard, with a 180 cm wide double bed and a home office setup with a monitor and a height-adjustable desk. Living room: with a balcony facing Liberdastraße. Bathroom: with a shower. Kitchen: with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances, and a washing machine. The apartment is right on Maybachufer, and the U8 at Schönleinstraße and the U7/U8 at Hermannplatz are both very close. It's relatively quiet, the neighbors and the building itself are very pleasant, and everything is very well kept. As mentioned, this is where I normally live, so I expect the place to be treated with care. Feel free to message me on WhatsApp with a short introduction and a bit of background about yourself.
