The offered room has a generous layout and features a bright wood laminate floor as well as modern ceiling lighting with spotlights. It provides enough space for a bed, desk, and wardrobe. The apartment has a total of 3 rooms, one shared bathroom, and a private basement storage room that can be used as additional storage space. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with a green environment — the view from the kitchen window onto trees and the courtyard creates a pleasant, nature-close atmosphere right in the city. Shops, cafés, and public transport are easily accessible. The location is especially well-suited for students and working professionals. Currently, the two of us live in the flat — Ashman and Shai. Since Shai is moving out, we're now looking for someone to take his place. Ashman studies at RWTH Aachen and is looking forward to a new flatmate. The kitchen is fully equipped and cooking together is very welcome. We're looking for someone who is open-minded, reliable, and easy-going — mutual respect and cleanliness are important to us.
