Wohnung in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg

I'm looking for a reliable subtenant for my beautiful and luxuriously furnished 2-room apartment in Prenzl. Berg, right off S Prenzlauer Allee. The apartment is available immediately, and I’m flexible regarding the duration. Late February would be ideal—but a shorter stay is also possible. It might also be possible to take over the apartment on a long-term basis afterward—that depends somewhat on the property management company. The apartment is in a new building with beautiful solid wood parquet flooring, a south-facing balcony, underfloor heating, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and high-quality furnishings. It’s 36 square meters, but the layout is great. The rent includes all utilities such as internet, electricity, TV license fees, etc. If you’re interested, please get in touch with some information about yourself. I’d be happy to send you a video of the apartment so you can get a better idea of what it’s like.
