This WG/ shared living flat of four roomies has 2 free rooms open because im moving out with my friend- so the rooms are looking for new owners as soon as possible ;) The rooms are next to each other on one side of the apartment by the big living room and are 20m2 (570€ including everything) and 24m2 (660€ including everything) with nice windows. It's right in front of a bus stop (you can literally see when which bus is coming from the window) so it's easy getting places from there and is located by niendorf markt, which has a lot of nice green parks and the U2 / U Bahn It's a chill WG and we like to know how everyone is doing and chitchat so not just a "Zwecks WG" and sometimes play games or go out together, but no pressure, everyone just does their thing, how they feel comfortable :) The two other girls living their are really nice, chill people and are looking forward to meeting potential new roomies There is no gender preference, till now it's been four women (but me and my friend are moving out), so now it's just two + who would fit well looking forward to getting in touch 😎
