Wohnung in Berlin, Neukölln

This is my beloved house and I would like to offer it for 6 months while I’m traveling. I’m searching for someone respectful and clean. Just one person. The neighbors are really nice in the building and is a calm area, close to Neukoln and Xberg, canal and La Maison, vintage stores… I would prefer to rent to someone calm (no big gatherings in the flat, noise etc). The flat has absolutely everything necessary for comfortably move in with just your personal belongings. Its also ideal for a someone working from home, I can leave a screen to connect to your work set up. Tell me something about yourself and I you would like to come visit for a viewing.
