I'm subletting my apartment while I'm away for the summer. Bright 2-room flat, about 52 sqm, first floor with an elevator in the building, fully furnished and equipped, washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment, everything you need to move straight in. The S-Bahn is a three-minute walk away and the city centre is about 20 minutes. Supermarkets and everything for daily life are right around the corner. Available from the beginning of August until the end of September. There's also a good chance of extending: I may be moving out in October, so if you like the place and want to stay on, it's very possible to take it over with a proper contract of your own. Write me a short message about yourself and your dates😊
