Gut zu wissen

my flat is very well located near the bus stop Hertzbergplatz and S Sonnenallee :) I don’t really have a table in there at the moment for anyone who’s looking to do remote work - we might have to check marketplace before you move in! everything you need is just around the corner. I basically just moved in myself when I decided to go to Australia until the end of October.. so now the apartment is not really decorated or lived-in - it is simple but great for anyone who needs a temporary place to stay ☺️ please only requests for the whole time as I won’t be in Berlin to exchange keys and all 🤗 because of a very bad experience with a tenant who didn’t pay me in the end - I need to ask for almost one months rent deposit :(
