Gut zu wissen

Hey! I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for my fully furnished room from 28.6- 31.7 for temporary rent- or beyond for *long-term* (the sublet would be directly through an agency) - Location: Super central in Anton Martin - only 5-10 min. walk to Sol, Lavapiés, Atocha or Retiro... - Price: 585€/month ALL bills included - NO administrative fee/fianza! - Room: Bright, with window and mini-balcony in a quiet side street. -Flat: Big flat with 2 bathrooms and cleaning service. Its in a 7 person shared students flat (but some will be gone traveling during july) and we are very social. The agency requires that the room can only be given to students/ Internships (20-35 Years).
