18sqm room in 85sqm WG on the 5th floor - seperate laundry room, bathroom and kitchen (all shared). Fully furnished including bed, wardorbe, desk etc. Large window facing the city centre Availiable until the 30.12, at this point the WG will end and there is a possibility to take over the whole flat. Nordend within 2 minutes walking distance of the Merianplatz Ubahn Station (U4), and 8 minutes from the Ostendstraße U/S Bahn station. Plenty of cafès, restaurants etc. in the area. Parks such at Friedberger Anlage and Bethmann Park are also within walking distance (<5 mins) All flatmates are students with 2 guys and 1 girl staying once i leave. We all enjoy cooking together and often take turns making meals - however this is not required. Are generally quite social and enjoy the occasional game night.
