Wohnung in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg

Available: 15th December to 15th April 2027 Spacious apartment with a large bedroom and an open kitchen–dining area. Ideal for a couple or an individual. The apartment includes two desks, making it well-suited for working from home. Excellent transport connections: just a short walk to the U2 and U8 lines, and a beautiful stroll over the bridge to Mauerpark. The neighbourhood is quiet, yet full of cafés, bars, and restaurants. Several supermarkets are close by, including a large REWE just down the street. I'm looking for someone to sublet my flat while I'm travelling for 4 months. There's the possibly of extendeding. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
