We‘re looking for somebody who would like to take over our beautiful 3 room apartment located right next to the stop Iltisstraße of tram line 5. The flat was fully renovated in 2025, including the new kitchen, which has to be taken over for 3.000€. Other furniture can be kept for a fee, but this is no must! The flat has 3 rooms, a little storage room and a balcony. We always loved living here, but will move countries soon, which is why we sadly have to give up our home! :) Please contact me if you have any questions!
