Hi! We are renting out our beautiful apartment from February 1st, 2026 (end date can be negotiated) Ideally, we have a first contract for at least 6 months. A short term stay for 3 months would also be possible. We can extend the contract after these first 3 months, assuming that everything worked fine during this first period. A call/video-call to meet each other is desired. Each of the 2 rooms is meant to be occupied by one person only (only 2 people living in the whole flat). The apartment is fully furnished and has all the basic equipment necessary to live: kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, bed (you have to bring your own bedding and pillows), large closet, washing machine, comfortable living room with sofa, dish washer, bathroom with shower and tub (you have to bring your own towels). Very close to Zeit für Brot, Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei, Friedrich Ludwig Jahn Sportpark, Winsviertel, Kollwitzplatz, Helmholtzplatz, Kastanienallee, the Schwimbad in Hotel Oderberger, Gesundbrunnen Center, Miete... and all amenities (restaurants of all kinds, bars, cafés, ice cream shops, and grocery stores, etc.). Everything is extremely close just walking. Excellent opportunities. Formal conditions: - Schufa (jetzt beantragen) (jetzt beantragen) -Auskunft should be positive - Proof of stable monthly income (contract, Gehaltsabrechnungen, incoming transactions to your personal bank account; income should be at least 3 times the monthly rental price) - Apartment has to be clean at delivery (Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room) - You would need your own towels and bedsheets. Looking forward to hearing from you 🙂
